RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
as soon as we receive your order, we will try to process it as soon as possible. However, you have the right to cancel this contract within 24 hours without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to inform us (Harald Wester, Uracherstr. 3, 50739 Cologne, Germany, MetalJDM@Steelmonks.com, phone: 0221630603790) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by phone call or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION:
If you have revoked your contract, we will cancel your order and immediately refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

The right of withdrawal no longer exists as soon as your personalized goods have already been created, as they have been individually and significantly tailored to your wishes and personal needs.
This refers to personalized signs and custom-made products.

Orders for items from our category of standard keychains, can be revoked within 10 days after receipt of the goods. We ask you to fill out the information in our cancellation form and send it to us.
Furthermore, we ask you to send your order in the original packaging and sufficiently stamped to our address indicated in the form.

Immediately after receiving your goods we will refund you the amount of your original order. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
